Software rollout in the automotive service industry

Optimisation of the digital module for approvals, which acts as a digital marketing model for B2B customers and their approval process. The aim is to largely eliminate manual steps and increase automation. The process will be removed from the SAP system and redeveloped as a web-based application. This requires a restructuring of the operational teams, which will take on new roles and be restructured using a level concept.

The challenge

The company was faced with the challenge of optimising and automating their approval process. This involved removing the process from the existing SAP system and developing a new web-based application. At the same time, the operational teams had to be restructured to meet the new requirements.

Our approach

Our team took over the project management and change management to ensure the successful rollout of the new software and to accompany the organisational changes:

    project planning to coordinate all activities and milestones.
  • Risk management: Identification and management of risks in order to recognize and
    eliminate potential obstacles at an early stage.
